Life is a GiftThere was a blind girl who hated herself just because she's blind.
She hated everyone, except her loving boyfriend.
He's alwaysthere for her.
She said that if she could only see the world, she would marryher boyfriend.
One day, someone donated a pair of eyes to her and then she can see everything, including her boyfriend.
Her boyfriend asked her, "now that you can see the world, willyou marry me?"The girl was shocked when she saw that her boyfriend is blindtoo, and refused to marry him.
Her boyfriend walked away in tears, and later wrote a letterto her saying."Just take care of my eyes dear."This is how human mental thoughts changes when their status changed.
Only few remember what life was before, and who's always been there even in the most painful situations.
Life Is A GiftToday before we think of saying an unkind word
Think of someone who can't speak.
Before we complain about the taste of our food
Think of someone who has nothing to eat.
Before we complain about our husband or wife
Think of someone who's crying out to God for a companion.
Today before we complain about life
Think of someone who went too early to heaven.
Before we complain about our children
Think of someone who desires children but they're barren.
Before we argue about our dirty house, someone didn't clean or sweep
Think of the people who are living in the streets .
Before whining about the distance we drive
Think of someone who walks the same distance with their feet.
And when we are tired and complain about our job
Think of the unemployed, the disabled and those who wishedthey had our job.
But before we think of pointing the finger or condemninganother
Remember that not one of us are without sin and we all answerto one maker.
And when depressing thoughts seem to get us down
Put a smile on our face and thank God we're alive and still around.
Life is a gift
Live it
Enjoy it
Celebrate it
EMBRACE IT
And fulfill it
Let The LORD & The LIGHT OF THE WORLD Bless You...............

The Most Powerful 'Three Word Phrases'
The following three-word phrases can enrich every relationship. These are just three little but very powerful words.
I'll Be There
If you have ever had to call a friend in the middle of the night, to take a sick child to hospital, or when your car has broken down some miles from home, you will know how good it feels to hear the phrase “I’ll be there.” Being there for another person is the greatest gift we can give. When we're truly present for other people, important things happen to them & us. We are renewed in love and friendship. We are restored emotionally and spiritually. Being there is at the very core of civility.
I Miss You
Perhaps more marriages could be saved & strengthened if couples simply & sincerely say to each other "I miss you." This powerful affirmation tells partners they are wanted, needed, desired & loved. Consider how ecstatic you would feel, if you received an unexpected phone call from your spouse in the middle of your workday, just to say "I miss you."
I Respect You / I Trust You
Respect and trust is another way of showing love. It conveys the feeling that another person is a true equal. If you talk to your children as if they were adults you will strengthen the bonds & become close friends. This applies to all interpersonal relationships.
Maybe you’re Right
This phrase is highly effective in diffusing an argument and restoring frayed emotions. The flip side to "maybe you're right" is the humility of admitting maybe "I'm wrong". Let's face it. When you have a heated argument with someone, all you do is cement the other person's point of view. They, or you, will not change their stance and you run the risk of seriously damaging the relationship between you. Saying "maybe you're right" can open the door to further explore the subject, in which you may then have the opportunity to get your view across in a more rational manner.
Please Forgive Me
Many broken relationships could be restored and healed if people would admit their mistakes and ask for forgiveness. All of us are vulnerable to faults and failures. A man should never be ashamed to own up that he has been in the wrong, which is saying, in other words, that he is wiser today than he was yesterday.
I Thank You
Gratitude is an exquisite form of courtesy. People who enjoy the companionship of good, close friends are those who don't take daily courtesies for granted. They are quick to thank their friends for their many expressions of kindness. On the other hand, people whose circle of friends is severely constricted often do not have the attitude of gratitude.
Count On Me
A friend is one who walks in when others walk out. Loyalty is an essential ingredient for true friendship; it is the emotional glue that bonds people. Those that are rich in their relationships tend to be steady and true friends. When troubles come, a good friend is there indicating "you can count on me."
Let Me Help
The best of friends see a need and try to fill it. When they spot a hurt they do what they can to heal it. Without being asked, they pitch in and help.
I Understand You
People become closer and enjoy each other more if they feel the other person accepts and understands them. Letting your spouse know in so many little ways that you understand them, is one of the most powerful tools for healing relationship. This applies to any relationship.
Go For It
We are all unique individuals. Don't try to get your friends to conform to your ideals. Support them in pursuing their interests, no matter how weird they seem to you. Everyone has dreams, dreams that are unique to that person only. Support and encourage your friends to follow their dreams. Tell them to "go for it."
I Love You
Perhaps the most important three words that you can say. Telling someone that you truly love them satisfies a person's deepest emotional needs. The need to belong, to feel appreciated and to be wanted. Your spouse, your children, your friends and you, all need to hear those three little words "I love you."

I asked GOD !!!
I asked God why I wasn't rich. He showed me a man with the wealth of a thousand kings, who was lonely, and had no one to share it with.
I asked God why I wasn't beautiful. He showed me a woman more beautiful than any other, who was ugly because of her vanity.
I asked God why He'd allowed me to become old. He showed me a boy of 16, who lay dead at the scene of a car accident.
I asked God why I didn't have a bigger house. He showed me a family of six, who had just been evicted from their tiny shack, and were forced, to live on the street.
I asked God why I had to work. He showed me a man, who couldn't find a decent job, because he'd never learned to read.
I asked God why I wasn't more popular. He showed me a socialite with a thousand friends, who all left the moment the money and parties were no longer there.
I asked God why I wasn't smarter. He showed me a natural born genius, serving life in prison for making ill use of his knowledge.
I knew then how much He loved me.

Bad Temper

Once there was a little boy who had a bad temper. His father gave him a bag of nails and told him that every time he lost his temper, he would have to hammer a nail into the fence in the backyard. The first day the boy had driven 37 nails into the fence.
Over the next few weeks, as he learned to control his anger, the number of nails hammered daily gradually dwindled down. He discovered it was easier to hold his temper than to drive those nails into the fence.
Finally the day came when the boy didn't lose his temper at all. He told his father about it and the father suggested that the boy now pull out one nail for each day that he was able to control his temper. The days passed and the young boy was finally able to tell his father that all the nails were gone. The father took his son by the hand and led him back to the fence. He said, "You have done well, my son, but look at the holes in the fence. The fence will never be the same.
When you say things in anger, you also leave scars just like these holes." Next time you are about to lose your cool with someone dear to you, think about the fence full of holes and reconsider.
When all is said and done, "YOU CAN NEVER TAKE BACK SOMETHING YOU SAY BUT YOU CAN SPEND THE REST OF YOUR LIFE APOLOGIZING FOR IT."
Who is Responsible??????
A boy was born to a couple after eleven years of marriage. They were a loving couple and the boy was the gem of their eyes. When the boy was around two years old, one morning the husband saw a medicine bottle open. He was late for office so he asked his wife to cap the bottle and keep it in the cupboard. His wife, preoccupied in the kitchen totally forgot the matter.
The boy saw the bottle and playfully went to the bottle fascinated by its color and drank it all. It happened to be a poisonous medicine meant for adults in small dosages. When the child collapsed the mother hurried him to the hospital, where he died. The mother was stunned. She was terrified how to face her husband.
When the distraught father came to the hospital and saw the dead child, he looked at his wife and uttered just five words.
Questions:
1. What were the five words?
2. What is the implication of this story?

Answers:
The husband just said "I am with you Darling"
The husband's totally unexpected reaction is a proactive behavior. The child is dead. He can never be brought back to life. There is no point in finding fault with the mother. Besides, if only he had taken time to keep the bottle away, this would not have happened.
No one is to be blamed. She had also lost her only child. What she needed at that moment was consolation and sympathy from the husband. That is what he gave her. If everyone can look at life with this kind of perspective, there would be much fewer problems in the world. "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
"Take off all your envies, jealousies, unforgiveness, selfishness, and fears. And you will find things are actually not as difficult as you think."
This story is really worth reading. Sometimes we spend time in asking who is responsible or whom to blame, whether in a relationship, in a job or with the people we know. By this way we miss out some warmth in human relationship.

Preception of a Son

One day, the father of a very wealthy family took his son on a trip to the country with the express purpose of showing him how poor people live.
They spent a couple of days and nights on the farm of what would be considered a very poor family.
On their return from their trip, the father asked his son, "How was the trip?"
"It was great, Dad."
"Did you see how poor people live?" the father asked.
"Oh yeah," said the son.
"So, tell me, what did you learn from the trip?" asked the father.
The son answered:
"I saw that we have one dog and they had four.
"I saw that we have one dog and they had four.
We have a pool that reaches to the middle of our garden and they have a creek that has no end.
We have imported lanterns in our garden and they have the stars at night.
Our patio reaches to the front yard and they have the whole horizon.
Our patio reaches to the front yard and they have the whole horizon.
We have a small piece of land to live on and they have fields that go beyond our sight.
We have servants who serve us, but they serve others.
We buy our food, but they grow theirs.
We have walls around our property to protect us, they have friends to protect them."
The boy's father was speechless.
Then his son added, "Thanks Dad for showing me how poor we are."
Isn't perspective a wonderful thing? Makes you wonder what would happen if we all gave thanks for everything we have, instead of worrying about what we don't have.
Appreciate every single thing you have, especially your friends!
"Life is too short and friends are too few."
Why Women Cry Easily

One day, a young boy asked his mom.
"Why are you crying?"
"Because I'm a woman" she told him.
"I don't understand," he said.
His Mom just hugged him and said, "And you never will, but that's okay." Later the little boy asked his father, "Why does mom seem to cry for no reason?"
"All women cry for no reason" was all his dad could say. The little boy grew up and became a man, still wondering why women cry finally, he put in a call to God.
When God got back to him, he asked, "God, why do women cry so easily?''
God answered, "When I made women, I decided she had to be special.
I made her shoulders strong enough to carry the weight of the world, yet her arms gentle nough to give comfort.
I gave her the inner strength to endure childbirth and the rejection that many times will come, even from her own children.
I gave her a hardness that allows her to keep going and take care of her family and friends, even when everyone else gives up, through sickness and fatigue, without complaining.
I gave her sensitivity to love her children under any and all circumstances even when her child has hurt her badly. She has the very special power to make a child's boo-boo feel better and to quell a teenager's anxieties and fears.
I gave her strength to care for her husband, despite faults, and I fashioned her from his rib to protect his heart.
I gave her wisdom to know that a good husband never hurts his wife but some times tests her strengths and her resolve to stand beside him unfalteringly.
For all of this hard work, I also gave her a tear to shed, It is her's to use whenever needed and is her only weakness."When you see her cry, tell her how much u love her and all she does for everyone and even though she may still cry, you will have made her heart feel good."
Lesson of Life
1. It hurts to love someone and not be loved in return, But what is more painful is to love someone and never find the courage to let that person know how you feel.
2. A sad thing in life is when you meet someone who means a lot to you, only to find out in the end that it was never meant to be and you just have to let go.
3. The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch swing with, Never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had.
4. It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.
5. It takes only a minute to get a crush on someone, an hour to like someone, and a day to love someone-but it takes a lifetime to forget someone.
6. Don't go for looks; they can deceive. Don't go for wealth; even that fades away. Go for someone who makes you smile because it takes only a smile to make a dark day seem bright.
7. Dream what you want to dream; go where you want to go; be what you want to be, because you have only one life and one chance to do all the things you want to do.
8. Always put yourself in the other's shoes. If you feel that it hurts you, It probably hurts the person too.
9. A careless word may kindle strife; a cruel word may wreck a life; a timely word may level stress; a loving word may heal and bless.
10. The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.
11. Love begins with a smile, grows with a kiss, ends with a tear.
12. When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling. Live your life so that when you die, you're the one smiling and everyone around you is crying.

Strength of a Man and Beauty of a Woman
Strength of a Man
The strength of a man isn't seen in the width of his shoulders. It is seen in the width of his arms that encircle you.
The strength of a man isn't in the deep tone of his voice. It is in the gentle words he whispers.
The strength of a man isn't how many buddies he has.It is how good a buddy he is with his kids.
The strength of a man isn't in how respected he is at work.It is in how respected he is at home.
The strength of a man isn't in how hard he hits.It is in how tender he touches.
The strength of a man isn't how many women he's loved by.It is in can he be true to one woman.
The strength of a man isn't in the weight he can lift.It is in the burdens he can understand and overcome.
Beauty of a Woman
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears,The figure she carries or the way she combs her hair.
The beauty of a woman must be seen from her eyes,Because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides.
The beauty of a woman is not in a facial mole,But true beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul.
It is the caring that she lovingly gives, the passion that she shows,The beauty of a woman with passing years-only grows.
Lucky is the man who is the first love of a woman, but luckier is the woman who is the last love of a man.
